These terms cover your use of notanotheragency.ai and anything you buy from us, including Not Another Playbook. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. Not Another Agency.AI is operated by GREGORIOU CO LLC, and “we”, “us” and “our” mean GREGORIOU CO LLC.

Our services

We provide short-form content marketing services for creators and businesses. The plans and prices on this site describe what we offer, and every client engagement is confirmed in a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.

Not Another Playbook

When you buy the Playbook:

  • Price and payment: you pay once, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

  • Delivery: the Playbook is a PDF, emailed to you after your payment goes through.

  • Updates: future updates to the Playbook are included at no extra cost for as long as we publish it.

  • Promotional pricing: offers like early-bird pricing are available only for as long as the offer states.

  • Refunds: all sales are final once the Playbook is delivered. See our Playbook Refund Policy for details.

Your license to the Playbook

When you buy the Playbook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read and use it for yourself and your own business. You’re welcome to use what you learn with your own clients. You may not:

  • share, resell or give away the PDF or any part of it

  • upload it to a website, course, community or file-sharing service

  • use it to create a competing product

We own the Playbook and all content on this site. If you break these rules, we may end your license and your access to updates.

Results

We share real results from our work, like views and leads generated for our clients. They describe past results across our clients and aren’t a promise of what you’ll achieve. Your results depend on your niche, effort, consistency and many other factors.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no copying our content without permission. The site links to third-party services, like our checkout and booking tools, which have their own terms.

No guarantees

The site and the Playbook are provided “as is”. The Playbook is educational material, not legal, financial or tax advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Each purchase is governed by the terms in place when you made it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
