Playbook Refund Policy

Not Another Playbook is a digital product. The full PDF is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through, and once it’s delivered it can’t be returned. That’s why all sales are final.
No refunds after delivery
We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the Playbook has been delivered to your email. That includes changing your mind, buying by mistake, or not getting around to reading it.
When we’ll make it right
We’ll always help when something went wrong with the order itself:
Charged twice for the same order? We’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Email never arrived, or the file won’t open? We’ll resend it or send you a working copy.
Don’t recognize the charge? Email us and we’ll look into it.

Customers in the EU and UK
By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver the Playbook immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
