This policy explains what personal information GREGORIOU CO LLC, which operates Not Another Agency.AI (“we”, “us”), collects through notanotheragency.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the business:

  • Contact details you give us, like your name and email, when you join our list, book a call, buy the Playbook, or email us.

  • Purchase details, like what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.

  • Information you choose to share with us on a call or by email, such as details about your business.

  • Basic site usage, like pages viewed and your device and browser type, collected through our website host’s privacy-friendly analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • deliver what you bought, including the Playbook and its updates

  • send emails you asked for, like Playbook updates and news (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link)

  • reply to you and provide our services

  • keep the site running, secure and improving

  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Framer), our CRM, email and checkout platform (GoHighLevel), our payment processor (Stripe) and our scheduling tool (Calendly). We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share your data for targeted advertising. Our analytics doesn’t use cookies. Tools embedded on our pages, like our checkout and booking forms, may set cookies they need to work. If we ever add tracking tools, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Because we don’t track you across other sites, we don’t respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, the EU and the UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Our site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no way of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

Where your data is processed

We’re based in the United States, and your information may be stored and processed there.
